Tuesday Group 19/8/25
What an awesome day we had! We kicked things off at Morning Melodies with plenty of singing, dancing, and boogies all around. Such a great way to start the day – a dance a day really does keep the blues away!
After we’d danced up an appetite, we tucked into a yummy provided lunch. Jemmerson went all out and treated himself to a cheeky milkshake (which definitely had the rest of us a little jealous!).
The afternoon was all about slowing down and soaking up the sunshine. We relaxed together, shared plenty of laughs, and enjoyed some good conversation.
A special highlight was welcoming our new participant Gemma to the group. It was so great to see how warm and inclusive everyone was in making her feel part of the team right away.
All up, a perfect mix of fun, food, and friendship – we can’t wait to do it all again soon!
