Ballarat Support Services provides NDIS-funded and private support services to individuals with disability. We aim to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with NDIS Practice Standards and the NDIS Code of Conduct.

2. Use of Website

  • This website provides general information only. Content may change without notice.

  • You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or use it in a way that disrupts others.

  • Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

3. Services

  • All services are subject to availability and suitability.

  • We may modify or update service offerings to reflect best practice and compliance with NDIS requirements.

  • Clients must provide accurate information (including medical and emergency details) to enable safe and effective support.

4. Bookings & Cancellations

  • Bookings must be arranged in advance.

  • Cancellations require [insert notice period, e.g., 24–48 hours]. Late cancellations or non-attendance may attract fees in line with NDIS guidelines.

  • Repeated cancellations may affect future service availability.

5. Fees & Payments

  • NDIS-funded supports are charged in accordance with the current NDIS Price Guide.

  • We reserve the right to update fees if NDIS pricing changes.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Framework.

  • Personal information is collected only for service delivery and compliance purposes.

  • Information will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.

7. Participant Rights & Responsibilities

You have the right to:

  • Receive respectful, safe, and high-quality support.

  • Be involved in decision-making about your services.

  • Have your privacy and confidentiality protected.

You agree to:

  • Treat staff and other participants with respect.

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information.

  • Follow health and safety guidelines while engaging in services.

8. Provider Responsibilities

We commit to:

  • Delivering services in accordance with the NDIS Practice Standards.

  • Maintaining safe environments for participants and staff.

  • Handling complaints, feedback, and incidents in line with our policies and NDIS reporting obligations.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Ballarat Support Services is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from service use or website access.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under Australian law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may review and update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
