Zac’s ability to connect with participants, adapt to different situations, and maintain a calm, approachable presence makes him a natural in this field. Whether he’s assisting one-on-one, leading activities in group programs, or introducing new skills, he helps participants feel comfortable, respected, and encouraged.
Zac’s mix of hands-on expertise and genuine care ensures he’s not just delivering support, but also building trust and creating positive experiences for the people he works with. His quick integration into the role has made him a valued and dependable part of the BSS team.
