From her time as an Area Leader at McDonald’s, where she trained and mentored staff, to her retail work at Factorie, Indya has developed an approachable, professional style that makes her easy to connect with and highly adaptable.

At BSS, Indya channels these skills into building rapport with participants, creating a welcoming environment, and supporting people to engage fully in programs and activities.
