Heidi

Heidi has been a valued member of the Ballarat Support Services team since July 2025. She brings a calm, confident, and person-centred approach to her work, with extensive experience supporting participants with complex and high-support needs.

Heidi has worked across a range of disability support settings, providing assistance with personal care, daily living supports, medication administration, manual handling, and community access. She is particularly skilled in supporting participants who present with complex behaviours, adapting her approach to meet individual needs while maintaining safety, dignity, and consistency.

She is passionate about helping participants build independence, engage meaningfully with their community, and feel supported in a way that respects their preferences and routines. Heidi is known within the team for her reliability, strong communication skills, and ability to remain calm and responsive in challenging situations.
