Ella

Ella has been part of the Ballarat Support Services team since October 2025 and brings a calm, organised, and genuinely caring approach to her role as a Disability Support Worker. She has experience supporting participants across 1:1 supports, group programs, community access, in-home care, and transport, and is confident working with a wide range of support needs.

Ella’s background includes working closely within NDIS-aligned environments, as well as strong experience in administration, coordination, and client-facing roles. This has strengthened her communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively with participants, families, and support teams. She is known for being approachable, reliable, and easy to connect with, helping participants feel comfortable, supported, and respected.

Ella brings strong organisational skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities to her supports, and consistently maintains a person-centred approach that respects individual routines, preferences, and goals. She works well both independently and as part of a team and is valued for her positive attitude, professionalism, and commitment to providing safe, respectful, and consistent support in line with BSS values.
