His diverse career background spans customer service, hospitality, manufacturing, and operations, giving him a broad skill set and the ability to adapt to a variety of situations.

Before joining BSS, Brandon worked in roles such as Customer Service Officer, where he developed exceptional communication skills and a strong focus on client needs. His experience also includes factory production, welding, and hospitality, each of which helped refine his teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

At BSS, Brandon uses these skills to create a welcoming, supportive environment for participants.
