Amy

Amy joined Ballarat Support Services in October and has since become a permanent and trusted member of our Day Program team. She supports participants across hub-based and community activities, helping create structured, engaging, and supportive days.

Amy brings experience from both disability and aged care settings, including community access, 1:1 supports, group programs, and holiday programs. She is confident supporting daily routines, encouraging participation, and maintaining a calm and positive environment for participants.

With a strong background in customer service, leadership, and administration, Amy is highly organised, dependable, and comfortable working as part of a team. She is known for her approachable nature and consistent support style, making her a great fit within our day program and a trusted presence for participants.
