About the event
Our Thursday group spent the day at St Georges Lake, enjoying the open space and fresh air while taking part in outdoor sports and activities suited to different ability levels.
The day included a BBQ lunch, with participants supported to assist where appropriate and enjoy a shared outdoor meal. This outing encouraged physical activity, social interaction, and positive community participation.
