Thursday Group – 15th January

Our Thursday group enjoyed a varied and engaging day, starting with a visit to Bird World, where participants explored the environment and engaged with the animals at their own pace.

Back at the hub, the group enjoyed pool time, followed by preparing fresh salad rolls for lunch, supporting independence and healthy living skills. The afternoon concluded with a painting activity, allowing participants to express creativity and unwind. The day provided a great balance of community access, physical activity, life skills, and creative expression.
