Monday 1 December – Cabanis Café, In-House Activities & Selkirk Sports

We’re starting the month with a relaxed and social morning at Cabanis Café on Eureka Street, right next door to the Hub. Participants can enjoy a hot drink, a snack, and some friendly conversation while settling into the day at a comfortable pace.

After returning to the Hub, we’ll roll into a mix of in-house activities — crafts, games, music, and whatever the group is feeling in the moment. This gives everyone a chance to express themselves, try something new, or simply unwind.

In the afternoon we’ll head over to Selkirk Sports, where participants can enjoy a variety of indoor games and friendly competition. It’s a great balance of social time, creativity, and physical activity to kick off the week on a positive note.
