What a fantastic day the Sunday group had on our trip to Melbourne! The excitement was palpable from the moment we hit the road. Everyone was chatting, enjoying each other's company, and we even celebrated Will's birthday by letting him play his music on the bus.
Once we arrived, we quickly made our way to the Yarra River cruise pier. While waiting to board, the group took some time to take in the beautiful scenery. It was such an easygoing group, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
We boarded the boat around 12 PM, and everyone was eager for the ride! We found comfortable seats and enjoyed cruising along the Yarra, taking in the sights and learning about the city's history. Will and Jacinta particularly enjoyed the top deck, while most of us preferred the warmth inside. We had lunch and drinks on the boat before docking around 2:30 PM and heading back to the bus for the journey home.
The day certainly tired everyone out – the bus was full of snores on the way back – but everyone absolutely loved their Melbourne adventure! The weather was perfect, and the group was in great spirits, engaged, and happy to be part of such a wonderful day out.
